Get to know Savannah Sews...
Brenda has lived a life full of creativity and many avenues of handcrafts. She enjoys sewing, quilting, machine embroidery and paper crafting and loves teaching these crafts to others. She has taught both children and adults to sew and quilt, quilted for others, taught longarm quilting and even owned a scrapbooking business. Being the owner of a longarm machine, she has made and quilted several quilts that range anywhere from placemats and beautiful appliqued wall hangings to amazing Judy Niemeyer quilts.
Brenda lives on the east coast near Savannah, Georgia. She enjoys spending time exploring new places and stopping at “destination” quilt shops along the way. But her most relaxing activity is spending a day in her sewing room working on another quilt.
Before launching Savannah Sews in Pooler, Georgia in December of 2021, she was an educator for a major sewing machine manufacturer and Quiltworx Certified Instructor. Currently she thoroughly enjoys sharing her lifelong sewing and quilting passion on Pfaff & Husqvarna Viking's incredible line of sewing, quilting and embroidery machines.
