Return Policy:

For any unopened and undamaged product, simply contact Savannah Sews LLC at savannahsews.pooler@gmail.com or call (912) 348-2144 within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method minus the cost of return shipping. In addition, please note the following are not eligible for refunds: digital products, software programs, embroidery patterns and files, classes, workshops, club memberships, paper patterns and pattern books are not eligible for refunds.
